We have conducted in excess of 400 workplace mediations, mediations at the Magistrates Court of South Australia, and appeared before Tribunals, the Industrial Relations Commission of South Australia, Industrial Relations Court and Equal Opportunity Commission of South Australia.
We have been engaged on many occasions by WorkCover agents, employers and employees in South Australia to mediate workplace disputes as well as commercial disputes.
